由於是 RAW 原粒非洲黑皂，可能含有小顆粒的大蕉 (plantains)，可能會擦傷肌膚而引起刺激，因此請勿將肥皂直接揉搓或塗抹在皮膚和臉上。

Since this is RAW African Black Soap, do not rub the soap directly on the face or skin. Lather soap in hand or washcloth and apply to face, body, or hair.

 I've got 28 year old oily, sensitive acne prone skin and this face soap works wonders in combination with witch hazel toner and a good moisturizer. I cut mine in quarters and separate into baggies so it usually lasts me almost a year when using a soap saver. For my 2-3 times a week exfoliating job I just use a little of this soap with a muslin cloth. No need for expensive scrubs. 10/10 would recommend.

For years I have used DuDu Osun, Nubian Heritage, or SheaMoisture's African Black Soap. 

This soap may contain small particles of plantains that could scratch or cause irritation. Now I understand real black soap should not be just black- the soap must contain essential ingredients. True African black soap should not contain preservatives, color enhancers, or fragrances (those are breakout triggers). As a first time user of Our Earth's Secrets Black Soap, I'm pleased with the results of my skin. Although I experienced a breakout period (which is normal) the oil production in my face has been drastically reduced. Furthermore, the dark spots that were along my hairline and jaw area faded. In addition, the soap is easy to break apart and a small amount goes a long way.
